People shape the process of user adoption in their own, individual ways. Although every person we work with is different, years of experience have allowed us to notice certain similarities. Our observations led us to focus on these features. In drawing parallels, we've come up with recurring personas in the field of user adoption. This rough categorization comprises 5 roles people may play during a user adoption project. With this book, we would like to share our knowledge and experience with you.
